Webradio from May 8, 2024: Co-owned charging stations (part 3)

On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 7 PM to 8 PM, we had the pleasure of hosting a new edition of our Webradio Condolegal.com, this time dedicated to charging stations in co-ownership properties, a topic that has generated increasing interest, so much so that we discussed it for the third time!

We were delighted to welcome Mr. Maxime Laflamme-Leblond, a specialized lawyer from LJT Lawyers. He was joined by Mr. Guillaume Dubé, master electrician and owner of GCD Énergie, and Mr. Sébastien Raîche, charging station advisor at GCD Énergie and board member of the Quebec Electric Vehicle Association (AVÉQ). GCD Énergie is recognized for its expertise in the installation of charging stations, particularly in the Montreal agglomeration, on the South Shore of Montreal, in Estrie, and in Montérégie.

This session was hosted by Ms. Valéry Couture, an experienced condominium manager at Condo Stratégis. It was an ideal opportunity for condominium managers, board members, and co-owners to learn about the topic of charging stations in co-ownership. Practical advice, proven strategies, and answers to their live questions were provided.
