On Wednesday April 10, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we gathered for a Condolegal webradio where we dealt with issues relating to co-ownership transactions, a notable challenge in the residential real estate sector.
We discussed this subject in the company of Me Marie-Claude Leblanc, notary and partner of the Dunton Rainville firm, Guillaume Leblond, finance director at the Quebec management firm, Lafrance & Mathieu and Nathalie Bégin, real estate broker DA, and director of brokerage practices for the APCIQ (Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers of Québec). They shared their expertise on the best practices to adopt, for sellers, buyers, brokers, managers and administrators.
