Definition : Impact of an aircraft or vehicle

A collision or fall involving an aircraft or motor vehicle striking a building or its surroundings. Damage caused by the impact of an aircraft or vehicule is covered under a property insurance contract taken out by a syndicate of co-owners in accordance with the third paragraph of article 1073 of the Civil Code of Quebec, unless the insurance policy or a rider sets out, expressly and in clearly legible characters, which of this risk is excluded.
