Definition : Balance sheet (financial statement)

Financial statement whose purpose it is to present the assets, liabilities and net assets of the syndicate of co-owners at a specific date. It must be attached to the notice of the annual general meeting of the co-owners.This document is an integral part of the register of co-ownership and shall be made available to any co-owner upon request.
