The Rental Board periodically publishes decisions rendered by the commissioners. It is also a specialized tribunal exercising its jurisdiction over the lease of a dwelling, when the amount requested, the value of the claim or the plaintiff's interest in the object of the request does not exceed the amount of the jurisdiction of the Court of Québec.
