Definition : Optional Guarantee plans

Guarantee plan offering a guarantee on residential buildings which are not covered by the compulsory guarantee plan. This optional guarantee includes buildings with five or more superposed private portions, as well as buildings that have been renovated and converted to co-ownerships (e.g., abandoned factories, schools, churches, etc.). These various guarantee plans are managed by the APCHQ, the ACQ and the APECQ.
