Jean-Pierre Lannoy

For more than forty years, Jean-Pierre Lannoy has devoted his entire professional career to the field of co-ownership, both in Belgium, France, and Quebec. A recognized author and trainer, he has consistently sought to promote the prevention of conflicts in co-ownership by developing concrete processes and tools adapted to real-world situations.

He continues to hold several judicial appointments, including that of provisional administrator, and has served on numerous organizations related to the real estate sector. Notably, he chaired the CEFIM (Centre d’Études et de Formation Immobilière) for ten years.

As a trainer for various institutions — including Centre d’Étude et de Formations Immobilières (CEFIM), FS 323, EFP, IFAPME, HOMEGRADE, and CIRE — he is also a lecturer and the author of numerous articles and publications devoted to the challenges of co-ownership, whether conventional or distressed. He is the co-author of the book Les copropriétés en difficulté : constats et solutions.

Today, he dedicates most of his energy to training and the digitalization of educational programs aimed at real estate professionals.

The creation of COPRO ACADEMY, an academy exclusively dedicated to co-ownership, represents the natural culmination of his distinguished professional journey.
